HUBUNGAN STATUS PEKERJAAN IBU DENGAN PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF DI KELURAHAN KALIABANG TENGAH PONDOK UNGU PERMAI BEKASI UTARA

Abstract

Rendahnya proporsi ASI eksklusif akan berdampak terhadap rendahnya imunitas yang dimiliki bayi. Dalam era globalisasi banyak ibu yang bekerja, keadaan ini sering menjadi kendala bagi ibu untuk memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayinya. sehingga pemberian ASI Eksklusif mungkin tidak tercapai. Agar ibu yang bekarja juga dapat memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada bayinya perlu pengetahuan dan cara pemberian ASI yang benar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Adakah hubungan antara status pekerjaan ibu menyusui dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada bayi Di Kelurahan Kaliabang Tengah,Pondok ungu, Bekasi Utara tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif, dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang memiliki bayi di kelurahan Kaliabang Tengah, Pondok Ungu Permai, Bekasi Utara sebanyak 44 orang.. Adapun untuk teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44 responden.  

Dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai sig (-2 tailed) = 0, 0,000>0,05 sehingga ada hubungan antara status pekerjaan ibu dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Kelurahan Kaliabang Tengah Pondok Ungu Permai, Bekasi Utara.

ABSTRACT

The low proportion of exclusive breastfeeding will have an impact on the low immunity of the baby. In the era of globalization many working mothers, this situation is often an obstacle for mothers to give exclusive breastfeeding to their babies. so that exclusive breastfeeding may not be achieved. In order for working mothers to be able to provide exclusive breastfeeding to their babies, they need knowledge and the right way to breastfeed.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the employment status of breastfeeding mothers and exclusive breastfeeding for infants in Kaliabang Tengah Village, Pondok Ungu, North Bekasi in 2022. This type of research is quantitative, with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies in the Kaliabang Tengah sub-district, Pondok Ungu Permai, North Bekasi, totaling 44 people. As for the sampling technique, total sampling was used. The sample in this study were 44 respondents.

It can be concluded that based on the results of the hypothesis test, the sig value (-2 tailed) = 0.0000> 0.05 so that there is a relationship between the mother's employment status and exclusive breastfeeding in Kaliabang Tengah Village, Pondok Ungu Permai, Bekasi Utara.
