HUBUNGAN BREASTFEEDING FATHER DENGAN PENGELUARAN KOLOSTRUM PADA IBU POSTPARTUM DI PMB ROHMAH KABUPATEN JEPARA 2022

Abstract

Ketidaklancaran menyusui menjadi salah satu penyebab data terendah dalam pemberian ASI (kolostrum). Seorang ibu dalam memulai dan mempertahankan menyusui dipengaruhi oleh suami, sehingga dukungan suami sangat diperlukan agar ibu dapat memberikan ASI.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan breastfeeding father dengan pengeluaran kolostrum pada ibu postpartum di PMB Rohmah Kabupaten Jepara 2022.

Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian yang menggunakan studi korelasi melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Berdasarkan teknik total sampling diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; 1). Sebagian besar ibu menyusui di PMB Rohmah Kabupaten Jepara berusia 26-30 tahun sebanyak 17 orang (56,7%), 2). Sebagian besar tingkat pendidikan ibu menyusui di PMB Rohmah Kabupaten Jepara adalah SMA sebanyak 17 orang (56,7%), 3). Sebagian besar  ibu postpartum di PMB Rohmah Kabupaten Jepara mendapatkan Breastfeeding Father peran tinggi sebanyak 17 orang (56,7%), 4). Sebagaian besar pengeluaran kolostrum ibu postpartum di PMB Rohmah < 4 hari sebanyak 18 orang (60,0%) dan 5). ada hubungan antara Breastfeeding Father dengan pengeluaran kolostrum pada ibu postpartum di PMB Rohmah Kabupaten Jepara 2022, dengan nilai p value 0,001 < 0,05

Diharapkan bagi bidan sebaiknya mensosialisasikan pemberian kolostrum kepada keluarga khususnya ibu postpartum sehingga menumbuhkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat untuk mendukung pemberian kolostrum pada ibu postpartum.

The research results show; 1). Most of the breastfeeding mothers in PMB Rohmah, Jepara Regency were aged 26-30 years as many as 17 people (56.7%), 2). Most of the education levels of breastfeeding mothers in PMB Rohmah, Jepara Regency were high school, with 17 people (56.7%), 3). The majority of postpartum mothers at PMB Rohmah, Jepara Regency received high role Breastfeeding Fathers as many as 17 people (56.7%), 4). Most of the colostrum expenditure of postpartum mothers in PMB Rohmah < 4 days as many as 18 people (60.0%) and 5). there is a relationship between Breastfeeding Fathers and colostrum expenditure in postpartum mothers at PMB Rohmah Jepara Regency 2022, with a p value of 0.001 <0.05

It is expected that midwives should socialize giving colostrum to families, especially postpartum mothers so as to raise public awareness and understanding to support giving colostrum to postpartum mothers.
